Dr Shivakumar T. P

  • Qualification: BDS, MDS

  • Specialization: Periodontics & Oral Implantology

Dr. Shivakumar T.P completed his BDS from the prestigious Government Dental College,Bengaluru in 2007 and went on to complete his Masters in Periodontics in 2012 from S Nijalingappa Institute of  Dental Sciences & Research,Gulbarga .

 

He is currently serving as the Professor and HOD. He is a passionate teacher and has over 12 years of teaching experience in training under-graduate and post-graduate students & 17 years of clinical experience. He has over 11 publications in various PubMed and Scopus-indexed journals. His Area of Interest in Research include Implants & Regenerative procedures.​

Overview

•Periodontology is the specialty of dentistry which encompasses : the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal diseases with Non-Surgical and Surgical procedures •The maintenance of : health, function and esthetics of supporting structures of the teeth, the replacement of lost teeth via implantation of natural and synthetic analogue
